Your legal rights
European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. This is separate from, and in addition to, our 30-day policy above. Under this right:
- You must inform us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day window (contacting us at contact@cabralactivewear.com is sufficient).
- You must then return the goods within 14 days of that notice.
- Unless an item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
- We will refund the price paid, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that they've been sent back, if earlier).
- You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what's necessary to establish their nature and function.
Australia — Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If an item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from its description, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of our returns window or the condition requirements above. Our 30-day return policy is offered in addition to these statutory rights and applies to change-of-mind returns.
Dispute resolution
In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, EU consumers may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes relating to online purchases. This does not affect your right to bring a claim through the courts.
